​TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​Please read this section entirely before booking a session and making a payment. When making the payment to book your session you are automatically agreeing to the following terms and conditions for any cancellations, refunds, changing a date for a session, and or others.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SESSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS​

  • No sessions for minors are offered

  • ​If you are in a dangerous emotional situation we recommend to seek clinical professional help for this matter with a licensed provider in the matter.

PAYMENT

  • In order to confirm and book your session, a payment needs to be done 24 hours before the session

  • Sessions will be booked once the payment is accepted and a proof of payment is sent to us.

  • Spots are limited and are assigned as "first comes, first served" bases.

REFUNDS

​

  • Refunds of monies are only done when a booking has not been confirmed. When bookings are already confirmed, a voucher or credit will be given for the amount paid for a session or package. Valid for a year (365 days)

CANCELLATIONS

  • ​If a session needs to be cancelled for a major reason from our end, a different date for the session will be offered or a corresponding refund will be given

  • Both parts count with 10 minute buffer to connect to a session. Past this time without connection, the session will be re-booked since there will not be enough time for the session to be done and give you the attention you deserve

CONFIDENTIALITY AND POLITICS OF RECORDING

  • The information provided during a session is confidential 

  • sessions will be recorded only when recording is available and a link of recorded session (if available) will be sent to a provided email address

  • In order to protect participants privacy, both parts agree that any recordings of sessions will exclusively be for the participant and a reproduction or distribution of that content in any social media, website or other is prohibited.
